Returns Policy

 All returns need to be approved by Sigma Tile Cutters Online.

All returned goods for exchange or refund need to be in the original state that item was received in and has not been used in any way. 

If the item purchased is faulty, significantly different from what was described due to the fault of Sigma Tile Cutters online, we would pick up the cutters and/or spare parts free of charge and arrange exchange or refund. 

If the customer wants to return goods due to change of mind or for ordering incorrect goods, we will pick up retuned items for exchange for refund. However, the return shipping fee and any costs associated with returning the goods will be charged to the purchaser.

 How to complete a return:

  • Simply email info@sigmatilecuttersonline.com.au and request a return, in this email please attach your receipt of purchase and include a note of the item/s that you wish to return and reasons for return. 
  • A Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) form will be returned via email along with details of how the goods will be picked up from you.
  • Our internal returns department will arrange for collection of the goods at a convenient time for you and our transport partners.
  • When we have recieved the return back into our warehouse you will be issued a credit to you the same way that you have paid. 

General Points

  • If your product has not been used and is in saleable condition we'll gladly offer you an exchange.
  • Please retain your original packaging so that the goods being returned can be sent back to us in the original packaging
  • Please choose carefully when ordering.
  • Return shipping costs will be paid by the purchaser for change of mind
